Italian Spaghetti Squash Casserole: This spaghetti squash casserole is liked a hearty baked pasta without all the calories. With lean ground beef, veggies, and fresh mozzarella cheese – everyone will love it and no one will miss the pasta.
Creamy Garlic Mushroom Chicken: I don’t know about you but creamy chicken and mushrooms is one of my favorite meals of all time. This version is lightened up but still tastes indulgent and delicious.
Sweet Chili Coconut Chicken Fingers: These chicken fingers are made at home and taste so much better than the take out version. Baked with coconut and drizzled with sweet chili sauce, it’s a meal you’ll make again and again.
Protein Packed Banana Oatmeal Pancakes: We love eating pancakes on the weekend but many times I find myself hungry a couple of hours later. Not with these protein packed pancakes made with oats and banana.
